FRISCO – FC Dallas let a one-goal lead against Mexican powerhouse Chivas of Guadalajara slip away in the final 10 minutes of a 2-1 exhibition loss Sunday night in front of 10,689 at Pizza Hut Park.
Chivas midfielder Ramon Morales converted a penalty kick in the 82nd minute, and Marco Fabian scored on a breakaway in the 86th minute, as the lead FC Dallas held for much of the match disappeared.

Juan Toja scored for Dallas in the 21st minute off a corner kick from Andre Rocha.
FC Dallas coach Schellas Hyndman, who was leaning toward a mix of starters and reserves, instead opened with a lineup that would challenge Chivas. Leading scorer Kenny Cooper and Pablo Ricchetti, nursing an injured left foot, were the only regulars who did not see action.
Chivas dominated possession from the start. Even after Toja's goal, Dallas' lead never seemed safe.
In the 81st, Antonio Salazar was fouled by defender Michael Dello-Russo as Salazar charged through the penalty area. Morales fired the ensuing penalty kick past a diving Dario Sala.
Five minutes later, Dallas' Anthony Wallace made a bad pass that Fabian intercepted and took down the field. Fabian easily beat Sala on a one-on-one for the winning goal.
Chivas returns to Guadalajara having gone 1-1 in its short tour through the U.S. The Mexican club lost to the New York Red Bulls, 1-0, on Wednesday in Glendale, Ariz.
Chivas cancels trip: Chivas has cancelled its upcoming trek through Europe, which was to serve as a warm-up for SuperLiga.
The club was scheduled to leave today for Europe, where it was to play three exhibition matches. The team instead returned to Guadalajara.
Chivas had scheduled matches in Prague, Czech Republic, and Salzburg, Austria. Chivas was to face Czech club Sparta, Greece's Olympiakos and England's Manchester City. The matches were to take place between July 3-9.
"It was cancelled because Manchester City wanted us to reschedule the game to a date precisely when we're playing the SuperLiga," Chivas coach Efrain Flores said.
Chivas visits D.C. United on July 12 for SuperLiga, its first official tournament before starting the Mexican League season later in the month. The intercontinental tournament will include four MLS clubs and four Mexican clubs.
Flores said the club will warm up for SuperLiga against other clubs, including Tecos' second-division squad, in Guadalajara.
