Area teams set to play in youth soccer championships

Four area teams will play in the finals of the U.S. Youth Soccer Championship today in Des Moines, Iowa.

In the girls U18 division, the Dallas Texans '88 Red North will meet the PDA Wildcats (N.J.).

Dallas Texans' boys teams are in the finals of the U14 and U18 divisions, along with North Texas' Solar '89 in the U17. In U14, Texans Red will play Valley United Blast (Calif.), Texans 88 Red will play Chicago Magic (Ill.) and Solar 89 SC will play Arsenal FC (Calif.).
