TWU posted a season-high score of 193.575 and finished second in a four-way meet at Kitty Magee Arena.
Illinois-Chicago won with a score of 193.800, Centenary was third with a 191.625 and Air Force was fourth with 191.225.
The Pioneers scored 48.625 on vault, led by Bethany Larimer’s second 9.900 of the season. Kristin Edwards scored a 9.800 and Amy Winczura 9.750.
On bars, TWU compiled a 48.300. Courtney Cochefski led the Pioneers with a 9.825.
The Pioneers stumbled on balance beam, counting a fall to score a 47.675. Spencer Jones and Stephanie Repp were the leaders for TWU with 9.775 and 9.750, respectively.
On floor exercise, TWU scored a season-high 48.975 to win the event. Four Pioneers scored 9.775 or better, led by Edwards’ winning score of 9.875. Repp and Margaret Mayfield both scored 9.825 to set career highs.
The Pioneers will host their final home meet Friday when No. 2 Oklahoma visits at 7 p.m.
