Swimmer signs

Swimmer Tristen Parish, senior at Guyer High School, signed a national letter of intent to Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Ark. on Friday. Parish, a competitive swimmer for the past four years, finished second in the 100-yard breaststoke at the UIL Class 4A state meet in February to become the first Guyer swimmer to medal at the state meet.
