COLLEGE STATION — Argyle and Pilot Point were unable to find success in the Division II championship bracket at the state 7-on-7 football tournament.

Both schools were dismissed in their opening games Friday at Veterans Park and Athletic Complex. Argyle, last year a Division II finalist, lost to Dallas Episcopal 39-23 and failed to make the round of 16. Pilot Point met a similar fate following a 34-31 loss to Navasota.

Graham went on to become the first team to win back-to-back 7-on-7 titles with a 47-45 win over Plano Prestonwood in the Division II final.

In Division I, Lake Dallas will face Georgetown East View in the consolation bracket at 8 this morning following a winless Friday.

The Falcons opened Pool N play with a 43-21 loss to Manvel, followed by a 51-33 defeat at the hands of College Station. Lake Dallas closed pool play with a 56-44 loss to El Paso Franklin.
