ABILENE – The Ryan Raiders golf team finds themselves in 8th position heading into the final round of the Class 4A regional golf tournament being played at Diamondback Golf Course.
Junior Ryan Zimmer posted the best round of the day with a 76. Sophomore Travis Willis, the District 5-4A medalist, had a 83 while senior Hayden Hilton recorded a 86, senior Tanner Hilton finished at 88 and sophomore Cody McBee turned in a 97.
The final round of the tournament will be played today at Diamondback with the top two teams qualifying for the state tournament in Austin in early May.
