AUBREY — The Denton Lady Broncos couldn’t survive a 22-point third quarter from Howe as they fell 44-27 on Thursday at the Aubrey tournament.
April Pena led Denton (2-9) with 11 points, with Myesha Taylor tacking on seven points.
Frisco Lone Star 49, Guyer 28
AUBREY — The Guyer Lady Wildcats lost for just the second time this season as they fell to Frisco Lone Star.
Quamese Moss led Guyer with 16 points, and Frisco’s Zoie Miller’s led all scorers with 22 points.
The Lady Wildcats fell to 7-2 on the season.
Lake Dallas 35, Aubrey 33
AUBREY — The Aubrey Lady Chaparrals fell to 7-5 on the season as they lost to Lake Dallas.
Aubrey’s Allison Crooks led all scorers with 15 points.
Krum 62, Glendale (Mo.) 27
BIXBY, Okla. — After shooting out to a 20-6 lead in the first quarter, Krum rolled to a 62-27 victory over Glendale (Mo.).
Krum’s Julia Schmaltz was the high scorer with 20 points. Rachel Wallace and Kylee Myers added 10 points apiece.
Krum improved to 8-2 on the season.

Guyer 54, Plano 47
FORT WORTH — Miles Crawford’s five 3-pointers helped lead the Guyer Wildcats to a 54-47 victory over Plano in the Keller Timber Creek tournament.
Mitchell Willard had 11 points for Guyer, with Justin Griffin adding 10 and Josh Jordan nine.
The Wildcats moved to 5-2 on the season with the victory.
