The North Texas men’s and women’s basketball teams have scheduled series of camps for this summer. The men’s team will conduct an overnight camp from Wednesday through Saturday and a Little Eagle and day camp from Monday through June 27. “No Excuses” Softball Camp will be held at North Central Texas College’s Darwin Field on Monday and Tuesday, June 25. The camp is for high school players who want to play at the next level or just want to improve their skills. The camp will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 25. Lunch will be provided on June 24. Among the instructors at the camp will be former NCTC and NJCAA All-Region players Lindsey Lacy and Katie Welborn.
