During that stretch, Baker hit three home runs, two doubles and had seven RBIs. Baker has four home runs in his last five games.

Baker plays first base for the Frederick Keys in Maryland, the high Class A affiliate for the Baltimore Orioles. The Orioles acquired Baker last season from the Pittsburgh Pirates in a deadline-day trade for Derrek Lee.

Baker leads the league with 14 home runs, is fourth in the league with 48 RBIs and fifth with a slugging percentage of .506. The former Bronco is currently batting .249.
