Judy Redding of Buffalo, N.Y., finished second, 15 points behind White.

The three-day event was held at Arlington’s Maverick Athletic Club.

White had a near spotless record in the 11-woman, round-robin tournament. White was the only person from Texas in the tournament.

White finished the tournament with eight wins, one loss and one draw.

In the final round, White defeated Patricia Meyer of Cheektowaga, N.Y., by 13 points.

USA Racquetball ranks the Denton resident fifth in Texas among women 55 and older.
