Denton Boys Baseball: White Sox run record to 3-0 in 9-3 win over Rangers

Bradly Rocha had an inside-the-park home run that drove in three runs as the White Sox remained undefeated on the season with a 9-3 victory over the Rangers in 10U Grapefruit league action.

Brady Russell, Rocha, Alan Cobble and Drew Hammett all had two hits each as the White Sox improved to 3-0 for the season while the Rangers fell to 2-1.


10U Cactus

Dodgers 12, White Sox 6

Jarod Dutton had an RBI doubled, walked twice and scored three runs to lead the Dodgers, now 4-0 for the season,  to a 12-6 victory over the White Sox in 10U Cactus league action.

Sam Strange  had a run scoring single and scored two runs to add to the Dodgers’ offensive attack. Levi Elder picked up the pitching win while Dutton got the save.

Grant Turner led the White Sox offense with one hit and scored twice while Nathan Hokanson had four strike outs in a relief pitching role.



Denton Outlaws 17, Little Elm 2

Reed Wilhoit, Bryndon Estes, Nick Chapmanm Scott Wisker and Carson Arnett each collected two hits as the Denton Outlaws ran their record to 6-0 in 12U action with a 17-2 victory over Little Elm.

Estes and Wisker had three RBIs each while Wilhoit drove in two while Joe Frisby had a triple and scored three times to lead the offensive attack.

Lane Pirkle pitched three inning, allowing one hit and fanning six.
